چکیده

Abstract Background Faba bean attacked by soil-borne pathogens causing root rot disease. This disease has serious damage to both plant stand and produced yield. The present study aimed evaluate effectiveness of the bioagents; Trichoderma harzianum some resistance inducers as fungicide alternatives against incidence at pre- post-emergence growth stages. Results Under open greenhouse conditions , faba in phases was considerably reduced using six inorganic salts five antioxidants individually or combining with each other bio-stimulator T. that exceeded used fungicide, Rhizolex-T. Application enervit agitated highest significant defensive impact during pre-emergence stage versus (5.0%), followed calcium sulfate [cysteine + ] (6.7%). At stage, majority treatments completely suppressed (100.0%) incidence, except vitamax plus (Rizolex-T) which expressed 91.7 18.8%, respectively. Duplicate irrigations 23 after dressing improved synthesis different protein contents 2nd enhanced higher than 1st one, [ vitamin E C selenium plus], plus] cysteine. Disodium phosphate induced catalase (CAT) activity (1820.8 1677.2 U/g FWt) irrigations. peroxidase (POD) 217.4 356.9 FWt irrigations, chitinase (CHIA) 52.8 54.4 disodium phosphate, sulfate, potassium metabisulfite, sodium cysteine, potash alum], enervit, E, [vitamin enervit], selenium], E], stimulated formation new bands on SDS-PAGE irrigation treatment. Conclusions Such are considered good environmentally safe diseases for getting rid negative effects fungicides.

Evaluation of Trichoderma harzianum Strains to Control Crown and Root Rot of Greenhouse Fresh Market Tomatoes

Greenhouse tomato growers in the United States have few products available for chemical control of plant pathogens. Biological control of soilborne plant pathogens by antagonistic microorganisms is a potential alternative to the use of chemical pesticides during greenhouse production. Biological control experiments were conducted to test the effects of commercial and noncommercial strains of Tr...

Study on Effect of Plant Density and Nitrogen on Yield and Yield Components of Visia faba (Faba Bean)

In order to study on effect of plant density and nitrogen on yield and yield components of Visia faba (faba bean), the experimental design was implemented by randomized complete block with three replications at 2010- 2011 in Lahijan. The experimental factors were three plant density (25×25 cm, 35×35 cm and 45×45 cm) and four nitrogen fertilizer (0, 20, 40, 60 kg ha-1). In this experiment, featu...
